Alyssa Nicole (Webb) Schell, 26, of Higbee, Missouri, passed away April 14, 2020, after a long battle with cancer, at her home with her family by her side. Alyssa was born September 20, 1993, to Arnold and Jennifer Webb of Holden, Missouri. She married John Schell of Higbee, Missouri. She was a graduate of Grain Valley High School and Central Methodist University with a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice/Communications. She was a former Cadet with the Missouri Highway Patrol. She continued to work as she battled her cancer at the University of Missouri Police Department as a 911 dispatcher. Alyssa had a determined spirit and an inspirational smile. In her own words, Alyssa wrote, "I love life, I love travel, drawing and writing. I love my friends and family more than words could ever describe." She was proceeded in death by her Paternal grandparents, Arnold and Nancy Webb. She is survived by her loving parents; her beloved husband, John; stepsons, John and Alex; her maternal grandparents, Patrick and Beverly Baker; aunts; uncles; cousins; and a large extended family. Pallbearers to serve will be John Schell, Alexander Schell, Ryobi Hubert, David Ford, Shane Schmidt, Davin Argo, Nick Baker and Keith Baker. A private family service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. A LIVE FACEBOOK stream of the service will be held at that time on The Million Taylor Funeral Homes Facebook page for friends and family. Burial will follow at the Higbee City Cemetery, Higbee, Missouri, under the direction of Million Taylor Funeral Homes.
