Annetta Kay Lingo

Annetta Kay Lingo, 80, of Moberly, MO, passed away with her family by her side on September 19, 2023, at her home.

Annetta was born on May 6, 1943, in Moberly to Joseph and Francis (Waterfield) Massman.

She married Ronald Lingo on April 23, 1970, and they owned and operated One Stop Furniture Shop as well as rental properties for more than 40 years together. She enjoyed more than anything spending time with her family, sitting outside, and flowers. She was a devoted, loving, and caring wife and mother, and one of the sweetest people you could ever meet and know. Family and friends will always remember her for her loving and caring heart.

She is preceded in death by her sons, Kenneth Joe Skinner, and Ronald “Wadeo” Lingo, son-in-law, Jimmie Dale Robertson, and parents, Joseph, and Francis Massman.

Annetta is survived by her husband, Ronald Lingo, and her children, Virginia “Jenny” (Greg) Dial of Columbia, MO, Steve (Karla) Skinner, Moberly, MO, Lisa Welch (Garry Martin) of Huntsville , MO, Johnathan Lingo of Moberly, MO, and Jeffrey Williams Lingo, of Salem., MO, 12 grandchildren, Mindy, Stevie, Amanda, Shawna, Marcus, Justin, Collen, Camryn, Kavaughn, David, Clairann, and Kyran, 25 great-grandchildren, her brother Freddie (Marilyn) Massman of Kansas City, MO, several nieces and nephews, extended family, and close friends.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO. Services will begin at 3:00 p.m., followed by interment at Memorial Park Cemetery in Moberly, MO.
