Betty Lou (Mason) Hart

Betty Lou (Mason) Hart, 89, a resident of Moberly, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, June 23, 2024.

Betty was born on August 26, 1934, in Salisbury, the daughter of William L. Mason Sr. and Anna (Neff) Mason.

Betty was a member of Praise Assembly Church in Columbia, where she was very active in her faith.

She will be sadly missed and forever remembered by three children, Gary Lanham and wife Mary of Pace, FL, Elsie Hardt of Moberly, and Gale Lanham and wife Debbie of Moberly; grandchildren, G. Mason Lanham II of Moberly, Mistie and Dustin Rhode of Claremore, OK, Michael and Marilyn Lanham of Pace, FL, Amy and William Snodgrass of Fort Collins, CO; six great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.

Betty was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, George M. Lanham; her second husband, Frank Hart; one son, Gregory M. Lanham; one brother, William Lewis Mason; one sister, Jo Ann Hart.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Pathway-Millard Funeral Chapel with Rev. Dennis Stuart officiating. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Following the service, Betty will be laid to rest in Oakland Cemetery.
