Bonnie J. Long

Bonnie J. Long, 87, of Boonville, passed away Friday, October 18, 2024, at Lakeview Health Care & Rehab in Boonville, MO.

Bonnie was born May 7, 1937, to the late Edgar Eugene “Gene” and Rena Ann (Kirby) Sumpter in rural Higbee, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Peggy (Sumpter) Hartung and Patsy (Sumpter) Boots; her daughter, Belinda (Long) Duffield; and son, Mark Long. 

Bonnie is survived by a brother, Jerry (Sandra) Sumpter and a sister, Judy (Max) Borron both of Higbee; grandchildren, Angela Long of Louisville, KY and Lee Long of Dublin, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Bonnie will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Higbee City Cemetery, Higbee, MO.
