Christina Sue Cruse

Christina Sue Cruse, age 69, of Moberly MO, passed away at her home on November 1, 2022. 

Christina was born on July 28, 1953, in Muscatine, IA to Lawrence E. and Delores I. (McKillip) Walch. She graduated from Muscatine High School.

Around 1985, Christina joined family living in the Moberly area. She worked at Everlast in Moberly and BHA in Salisbury during her working years. 

She loved to quilt and enjoyed crafting; basically, anything having to do with creativity and sewing was her passion. Her son, Russell will always remember her having Sunday dinner on the table for him when he arrived home from work. Christina was a hard worker, always putting her family first, and making money stretch so that her family was provided for. 

Christina is preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Randy Walch. 

She is survived by her son, Russell Strunk (Kelly), a sister-in-law and close friend, Mary Williams (John), along with Mary’s son, Jonathan Walch (Kim), numerous members of the Walch and McKillip family, the Cruse family in the Salisbury area, and a tight circle of close friends. 

In accordance with Christina’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.
