Christine White

Christine Marie White, 46, of Moberly passed away September 12, 2019 at Boone Hospital with her family at her side. She was born on October 27, 1972 in Columbia to Roy L. Stanfield and Denise B. Johnson. Chrissy attended Moberly High School and was a member of Family Life Fellowship Church. She worked as a nurse’s aide at Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon and at Valley View (formerly Loma Linda) in Moberly. Chrissy also worked at Everlast until failing health made it necessary for her to retire. She liked playing darts as a member of the American Darters Association. Chrissy also enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her family. Her family reflects that “she had a heart bigger than life!” and never hesitated to help anyone…friend or stranger. She will be missed by all her knew her. Chrissy is preceded in death by her father Roy Stanfield; both her maternal and paternal grandparents; her great nephew, Daniel Hill, Jr.; beloved aunt and uncle, Terry and Linda Fisher (who were like second parents to her) and several additional aunts and uncles. Survivors include her beloved daughter, Amber Stanfield; mother, Penny Dixson; sisters, Patricia (Matt) Gerhard and Denise Stanfield all of Moberly; nephews, Daniel (Kassie Lauhoff) Hill, Jake Gerhard and Nate (Alicia) Gerhard all of Moberly, Michael (Lisa) Orton of Palmyra and Justin Derboven of Madison; nieces, Holly Orton of Hannibal and Kayla (Clayton) Beall of Bogard; great nephews, Robert Orton of Higbee, Zackery Orton of Hannibal, Ryan Lacy of Columbus, OH and Brady Gerhard of Moberly; great nieces, Lydia and Natalie Orton of Palmyra, Gracelynn, Aryonna and Aubree Gerhard; extended family and close friends. Services celebrating Chrissy’s life will be held Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Chrissy’s untimely passing has left her family with unexpected expenses.
