Connie Craigg

Connie Craigg, age 70, of Madison, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on November 23, 2017 at Valley View Nursing Home in Moberly. Connie was born November 24, 1946 in Holliday to William Overfelt and Mary Evelyn Downs Overfelt. She married Delbert Lee Craigg on May 27, 1963 in Moberly, MO. Connie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her son Johnny Lee; her parents; and two siblings. Connie is survived by her husband; her children, Lorie Apel of Clark, MO; Lisa and David Hawkins of Oakland, IL, Steven Craigg and Joeline Darby of Madison, MO, Skipper Craigg and Jessica Legrand of Madison, MO; grandchildren, Amanda Schneider, Eric Apel, Joshua Apel, Andrew Apel, Lacy Apel, Mikaela Apel, Colton Apel, Amber Coonce, Michael Hawkins, Mitchell Hawkins, Brent Craigg, Nicholas Craigg, Ryan Craigg, Cameron Craigg, Easton Craigg, Keaton Craigg, fifteen great grandchildren; siblings, Billy Overfelt, Gary and Beverly Overfelt and Joyce and Darrell Ridgway. A service celebrating Connie’s life has been scheduled for November 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly with private inurnment at a later date. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until time of service. If desired, donations may be sent to the Craigg Family, 12320 Monroe Road 1114 Madison, MO 65263 in Connie’s memory.
