D.E Huddleston

D.E Huddleston of Higbee passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, July 21, 2014. He was born January 2, 1942 to Gene and Capitola (Dougherty) Huddleston in Howard County, MO. He married Janice Atkins on February 23, 1963. She survives him of the home. D.E was a past member of the rural volunteer fire department, the Higbee R-8 school board and the Baldridge Alumni Association. In addition to his wife, survivors include 7 children: Cappi Stone (AJ), Danny Huddleston, Chris Huddleston (Letisha), Dusty Huddleston (Mindy), Jason Huddleston (Lacey), Shannon McCluskey (Jeremy), all of Higbee and Robyn Suttner (Vic) of Glasgow; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter, Jamie Michelle. At D.E’s request, no funeral services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Mt.
