Darald G. Powell

Darald, G. Powell, 73, of Moberly passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. Darald was born July 14, 1941 in Hannibal, Missouri to James D. and Laura (Kilbey) Powell. Darald served his country in the United States Army from 1961 until 1967. He and Ruth Marie Wheeler were married in 2000. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Powell of Moberly; sons, Rance Powell and Melvin Powell both of Iowa; brothers: Larry Powell of Hannibal, MO, and Robert Eugene Powell of Colorado; sister, Dorothy Flaguel of Davenport, IA. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors. Pastor Richard Clouse will officiate.
