David Paul Hicks

David Paul Hicks, 55 of Moberly passed away Monday July 23, 2012 at his home in Moberly after a lengthly illness. David was born August 13, 1956 to James and Virginia Vawter Hicks in Moberly, Mo. David was a member of North Park Baptist Church. He was a press operator for Dura where he had worked 23 years. He liked to work on old cars and he liked working on houses for he was a good carpenter. He married Shelia Jo Skinner June 5, 1976 in Moberly and she survives. David is also survived by one son, Christopher Hicks of Moberly, three daughters, Pamela Million of Moberly, Virginia and Nathan Finch of Madison, Mo. and Samantha Hicks of Moberly, two sisters, Mary Stanton of the state of Washington, Jody Wilson of Yates, Mo. and one aunt, Iona Paggett of Moberly and forteen grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents, one brother, one sister and one granddaughter. Memorial Services will be at 4:00 p.m. Friday July 27, 2012 at the Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly and Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. till time of Service.
