Delbert Craigg

Delbert Craigg, age 71, of Madison, passed away unexpectedly on July 17, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Delbert was born, July 4, 1947 in Moberly to Albert Craigg and Virginia Johnson Craigg. He married Connie Overfelt on May 27, 1963 in Moberly, MO. Delbert will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his wife; his son, Johnny Lee; his parents, a brother and a great granddaughter. Delbert is survived by his children, Lorie Apel of Clark, MO; Lisa and David Hawkins of Oakland, IL, Steven Craigg and Joeline Darby of Madison, MO, Skipper Craigg and Jessica Legrand of Madison, MO; grandchildren, Amanda Schneider, Eric Apel, Joshua Apel, Andrew Apel, Lacy Apel, Mikaela Apel, Colton Apel, Amber Coonce, Michael Hawkins, Mitchell Hawkins, Brent Craigg, Nicholas Craigg, Ryan Craigg, Cameron Craigg, Easton Craigg, Keaton Craigg, fifteen great grandchildren; siblings, Marvin Brammer, Faith Hughs and Junior Craigg; extended family and friends. A service celebrating Delbert’s life has been scheduled for July 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly with private inurnment at a later date.
