Dennis Duncan Kemp

Dennis Duncan Kemp, 78, of Moberly, Missouri, peacefully passed away on October 4, 2023, at Moberly Regional Medical Center.

Dennis was born on August 24, 1945, in Fort Worth, Texas, to David and Lola (Belle) Kemp.

On April 18, 1979, in Fort Worth, Texas, Dennis married the love of his life, Debra Kitchen.

He honorably served his country in the United States Marines. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed his time volunteering in the kitchen area. He was a social, active man who was deeply involved in volunteer work. His family and friends will always remember him for his kind heart. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, David and Lola Kemp and two sisters, Lola and Evaline.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Debra Kemp of Moberly, MO; son, William Kemp of Fort Worth, TX; one brother, David Kemp of Fort Worth, TX; several nieces; nephews; extended family and many friends.

A celebration of Dennis’ life will be held at a later date.
