Donald Cullifer

Donald “Donnie” Eugene Cullifer, age 65, of Huntsville, Missouri went home to the Lord, on March 11, 2023, at his home.

Donnie was born on January 11, 1958, in Moberly, MO, to Raymond and Marjorie (Frans) Cullifer.  

Donnie attended and graduated from Moberly High in 1976. Donnie worked his dad’s body shop. He was a radiator man and jack of all trades. Donnie also worked at Qualico which he really enjoyed.

Donnie married Kimberly Absheer on April 26, 2011, in Huntsville, MO.

He enjoyed guns, guitars and other stringed instruments, playing with his grandkids, his country, Harleys and Mopar’s. His family and friends will always remember him as a true friend and for being social and extremely kindhearted. He showed up for everyone in their time of need.

God had become a huge part of Donnie’s life. He was recently saved and Baptized, Donnie was extremely proud of himself for taking this step in his life.

He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Cullifer; infant granddaughter, Nova Bea Lawrence and his uncle, Moe.

Donnie is survived by his wife, Kimberly Cullifer of Huntsville, MO; his mother, Marjorie Cullifer of Moberly, MO; father in law, Bill (Pat) Absheer; mother in law, Teri (Rick) Forsythe; his son, Levi Cullifer of St. Louis, MO; two step-sons, Jordan Lawrence of Florida and Jarod (Alia Polhill) Lawrence of Moberly, MO; three grandchildren, Oswe Astrum Lawrence of Huntsville, MO, Elayna Lawrence of Moberly, MO, Jackson Bale of Moberly, MO; two brothers, Ronald Cullifer of Moberly, MO and John (Marie) Cullifer of Paris, MO; aunt, Shirley Heddinghaus; uncles; nieces; nephews, cousins and many close friends.

A Celebration of Donnie’s Life has been scheduled for Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at Family Life Fellowship, Moberly, MO. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., at Family Life Fellowhsip, Moberly, MO. The family asked that any donations can be made to the Dream Center at Family Life Fellowship, Moberly, MO, in Donnie’s memory.
