Donald Kilgore

Donald Grieg “Ducky” Kilgore, 72 of Huntsville passed away on February 5, 2019 surrounded by his family at University Hospital in Columbia. Ducky was born on July 20, 1946 in Moberly to L. H. Kilgore and Jennie Evelyn (Frazier) Kilgore. On June 14, 1977 he married Marise Joan (Larson) Kilgore at the Lady Luck Casino in Las Vegas and they spent over 41 wonderful years together. His son, Aaron quoted, “You left us with your love, wisdom and your unforgettable smile. Your footsteps can never be matched…”. Ducky is preceded in death by his parents; his son, Greg; two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include his beloved wife, Marise Kilgore of Huntsville; his children, Donnell Grosvenor, JaNel and Mike Lechner, Eddie and Sammie Kilgore and Aaron and Sara Kilgore; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 brothers, 2 sisters; extended family and friends. A memorial service celebrating Ducky’s life has been scheduled for April of 2020.
