Donna Warren

Donna Lou Warren, 82, of Moberly, passed away June 18, 2016. Donna was born November 24, 1933 in Lakenan, MO to James and Mary Hobbs Newkirk. On January 28, 1956 in Macon, MO she was united in marriage to Charles Basil Warren, who precedes her in death. Donna loved flower gardening, crocheting and making yo yo quilts. She was an excellent cook and mother, raising ten children and spoiling many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Donna loved to collect the “black and white” cows ~ Holsteins, and has an impressive collection. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jim and Jack Newkirk, and a sister, Juanita Newkirk. Those surviving include her brother Robert (Mary) Bain of California; children, Charlene (Dennis) Barron of Jacksonville, Charles Lee Warren of Cairo, Danny (Helen) Warren of Woodville, Juanita (Mike) Mason of Fayette, Mark (Christy McAlpin) Warren of Huntsville, April (Ray) Criddle of Colorado, Lugene (Tiffany) Warren of Huntsville, Rose (Dan) Reynolds of Huntsville, David (Peggy) Warren of Cairo and John (Christi) Warren of Moberly; many many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends. Services for Donna will be held Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly followed by interment in the Huntsville Cemetery.
