Elizabeth Louise Gravitt, 75, of Moberly, Missouri, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 29, 2023, at her home in Moberly.
Elizabeth was born on June 25, 1948, to Cleo William and Katie Eravi Noah Schofield in Moberly, Missouri.
On March 10, 1969, Elizabeth married Henry Gravitt, they celebrated 54 years of marriage this year.
Elizabeth spent most of her life in Moberly and worked in factories and as a CNA. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She loved her two grandchildren very much, even though she was not able to see them often. Elizabeth was a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God in Moberly, MO. She loved her church and church family. She attended as often as she was physically able to do so.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo and Katie Schofield; her daughter, Norma Kay Cleveland; sister, Alicia Paulette Meredith; brothers, Bill Noah, Marvin Noah, Curtis Schofield, Edward Noah Jr. and Donnie Noah.
Elizabeth is survived by her precious and loving husband, Henry Gravitt of Moberly, MO; son, Raymond Earl Gravitt of TX; brother, Charles (Nancy) Schofield of Madison, MO; sisters, Carol (David) Freels of Huntsville, AL, Ruth (Jack) Sumpter of Moberly, MO, and Marily Weise of California; sisters-in-law, Lavella (Laurence) Walters and Sandy Lassender of IA; grandchildren, Kenneth D. Sgrignuoli Jr. and Sarah Sgrignuoli
A visitation for Elizabeth will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023, at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God church in Moberly, MO, followed by interment at Hagar Cemetery in Huntsville, MO.
