Evelyn R. Spicer

Evelyn Roberta Spicer, age 86, of Davenport, IA, (formerly of Moberly, MO) passed away peacefully at her residence on Sunday, December 15, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Evelyn married Charles Spicer in 1954 in Moberly, MO and then went on to reside in Mexico, MO.  She moved to Davenport, Iowa in 2007 with David and Theresa.

Evelyn loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much.  She spent her life taking care of her family, babysitting, and raising her dogs. Teanna and Peanut will miss her greatly.

She is survived by her children, Chuck Spicer, Robert (Angie) Spicer, David (Theresa) Spicer, Jerry Spicer, Candida White, April Spicer, Charlie (Amy) Spicer, and Justin Spicer.  Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband Charles, son Ronald, daughter Pam, her parents and 13 brothers and sisters.

 A visitation for Evelyn will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2024 from 12-1 p.m. with Funeral Service following at 1 p.m. at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel, 411 Union Ave., Moberly, MO. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Moberly.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
