Flora May Markland

Flora May Markland, age 99, of Moberly, MO, peacefully passed away on November 21, 2022, at Meadow Ridge Senior Living.

Flora was born on July 29, 1923, in Bridgton, New Jersey, to the Joslins.

She married Wendell Markland, and he preceded her in death. Flora was a talented lady; she was a trained cosmetologist and loved quilting and cooking. Her family will always remember her kindness and generosity.

Flora is preceded in death by her parents, spouse, sister, Mavis Russell; three brothers, Woody, Manard, Elwell; a niece, Louis Cleaver; and a nephew, Dennis Joslin.

She is survived by a niece, Cindy Gaines of Delaware, and a nephew, Bob (Bev) Russell, of Moberly, MO, and extended family and many close friends.
