Frances Irene Rawlings

Frances Irene Rawlings, 91, formerly of the Moberly area passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 in Jefferson, Texas. Frances was born to Robert Lee and Bertie Frances (Sims) Willis on January 13, 1923 in Sturgeon, Missouri. She married Harold Rawlings and he preceded her in death in 2006. She worked as clerical support for Moberly Regional Medical Center for many years. She and Harold were previous members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Moberly. Frances was also preceded in death by her brothers: Bobby Lee Willis and Elbert Willis; and sister, Pauline Adkisson. She is survived by her children: Harold Rawlings and wife Diane of Lenore, Idaho; Mildred Boaz and husband Ray of Jefferson, Texas; Dlorah Friesen and husband Lavern of Lafayette, Colorado; Kendall Rawlings and wife Victoria of Ventura, California; and Roger Rawlings and wife Candy of Pullman, Washington; brothers: Houston Willis of Columbia, Missouri; and Billy Joe Willis and wife Donna of Sturgeon, Missouri; 15 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren Visitation will take place on Monday, March 3, 2014 from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at 10:00 a.m in the chapel of Million Taylor Funeral Homes.
