Gage Michael Kirkendoll, 14, of Huntsville passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 in Columbia, MO. Gage was born July 3, 2003 in Moberly, Mo to Kenneth John Kirkendoll, Tara Michelle Kimbrough Renfrow and big sister, Kamryn.
Gage was a freshman at Westran High School in Huntsville and a member of Gospel Tabernacle in Moberly. He was proud of his position as a Hornets Football manager. He loved going fishing with his dad and papa. He also enjoyed playing catch with his cousins and swimming. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He really loved his Nene and Papa, Mommy and Daddy, Maw Maw, Sunny Bunny and Sissy. He was a source of inspiration to those who knew him and he will be missed by many. Through his donation to Saving Sight, Gage will be helping improve the lives of others.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth Kirkendoll (Debonnie Spires) of Huntsville and Tara and Timothy Renfrow of Salisbury; sister, Kamryn Kirkendoll of Huntsville; maternal grandparents, Marsha and Harold Sell of Renick and Mike Kimbrough of Moberly; paternal grandparents, Lorraine and Gerald Kirkendoll of Huntsville; great grandparents, Cecil Daiprai of Moberly, Floyd and Doris Watkins of Cairo, John Ferritor of Kansas City and Donna and Kenneth Kirkendoll of Jacksonville; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many friends.
Services celebrating Gage’s life will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hagar Cemetery in Huntsville. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions in Gage’s honor are suggested to the Children’s Miracle Network for Cancer and Blood Disorders Unit, 404 N Keene St., Columbia, MO 65201.
