Gerald Vernon Breid

Gerald Vernon Breid, 85, of Moberly, Missouri, peacefully passed away on October 24, 2023, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri.

Jerry was born on November 4, 1937, in Monroe County, to Paul and Nannie (Rutter) Breid.

He enjoyed racing, sports, cars and over time became a collector of many things.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Nannie Breid and one brother.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Linda Breid of Moberly, MO; children, Alan Breid of Washington, MO, Debonnie Spires of Moberly, MO and Robin Breid of Jefferson City, MO; grandchildren, Lindsey Hull of Moberly, MO, Cody Beeler of Jefferson City, MO. Danica (Adam) Ligon of Merriam, KS, Megan Beeler of Fulton, MO, Trenton (Mikayla) Spires of Columbia, MO and Mikeala Spires of Moberly, MO; great-grandchildren, Harlee Ayer, Jacob Ayer, Severus Beeler, Auggie Beeler, Brysen Gruber, Raelee Holcomb, Laurel Ligon and Lillian Ligon; siblings, Lavonna Marshall, Sam Breid, Paul Breid, Peggy Embree and Linda Halstead’ extended family and friends.

In honor of Jerry’s wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
