Harold Wayne Kitchen

Harold Wayne “Butch” Kitchen, 70, passed away at the Ashland Healthcare on Monday, September 23, 2013. He was born in Moberly, Mo on July 10, 1943, the son of Harvey Leroy Kitchen and Mary Maurice (Page) Kitchen. He is survived by three daughters: Cheryl Jean Badgett, Diana Lynn Neal, and Sara Kay Kitchen; one son, Anthony Leroy Kitchen; and step-mother, Rosemary Kitchen. Other survivors include: two brothers: Russell Kitchen (Ruthie) and Stephen Kitchen (Linda); two sisters: Susie Hull-Gordon and Sarah Beth Hancock; three half-sisters: Rebecca Kitchen, Belinda Kitchen and Melinda Troxell; nine grandchildren: Treffle, Ashley, Matthew, Meghan, Shelby, Tristan, Kreschell, Michael, and Tyler; one great-grandchild, Jaidyn; four nieces: Tracy Tiggeman (Alan), Martha Johnson (John), Michelle Mathis, and Mallory Kitchen; seven nephews: Rusty Kitchen, Ricky Kitchen, Scott Kitchen, Steven Hull, Johnny Hull, Justin Hancock, and Ryan Kitchen. Harold was an avid hunter and fisherman before he came ill. He loved the outdoors and being close to nature. He attended schools in Moberly and was formerly employed by the Clifton Hill Lumberyard. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral services will take place on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m with Rev. Mark Deshon officiating. Burial will follow in the Clifton Hill Cemetery under the direction of Million Taylor Funeral Homes.
