Helen Radine MacLaren Hayes, 58, of Moberly, Missouri passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
Helen was born on August 31, 1962 in Stuttgart, Germany to Mack Evan MacLaren and Velma Ruth Bake Green.
Helen graduated with her GED, she then went onto earn her Certified Nursing Certificate and Medical Technician Certificate. She had a kind heart and worked with special needs children and adults for many, many years.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She studied genealogy research and ministered to her church. Helen was a great creator of quilts, lap boards, masks, jewelry, paintings, shawls, and crochets.
Helen is preceded in death by her sister, Kimberly Sue McLaren, brother, Garth MacLaren and her grandparents.
Survivors include her mother, Velma Ruth Green of Moberly, Missouri; father, Mack MacLaren, of Crystal, Michigan; daughter, Suzzanne Cathlyn Marie MacLaren Tigg and husband Cameron Tigg of Columbia, Missouri; grandchildren, Savannah Lenn Tigg, Sidney Gene Tigg, Kimberly Gene Tigg and Kadence Marie Tigg all of Columbia, Missouri; brothers, Hugh MacLaren and wife Angie of Holland, Michigan and Kenneth MacLaren of Crystal, Michigan; aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and close friends.
Services celebrating Helen Radine MacLaren will be held privately.
