Jane Ann Moore, 84, of Bucklin, MO, passed away peacefully at Brookfield Healthcare in Brookfield, MO, on Thursday, March 27, 2025.

Jane was born December 30, 1940, to Collin M. and Jane E. (Lamb) Moore in the Excello area. She graduated from Macon High School in 1958.

Jane was a lifelong active member of several Southern Baptist churches. Prior to moving to assisted living, she and her husband faithfully attended Bucklin Christian Church where she played the piano and led the choir. Jane had an unconditional love for her family. She and her husband loved tending their many flower gardens and took pride in winning yard of the month.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Colleen Easterday; brother, Thomas F. Moore; an infant brother, Donald W. Moore; and her husband, Everett Hosford.

Jane is survived by one brother, Daniel G. Moore and several nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by all who knew her.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Salem Baptist Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO.
