Joey Eual Chitwood

Joey Eual Chitwood, 56 went to be with the Lord Thursday July 12, 2012 after a two month battle with cancer, at his home and surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 17, 1956 to Glen and Wanda Kelley Chitwood in Salem, Mo. He was a member of the North Park Baptist Church. He was an avid Hunter and Fisherman and really enjoyed spending time with his family. He just celebrated thirty-five years with A.B. Chance –Hubbell Power Systems where he worked as a welder. He is survived by one son, Corey Chitwood of Moberly, Mo., two daughters, Tara Chitwood and Jenna Chitwood both of Columbia, Mo., two sisters, Glenda Bohm of Huntsville, Mo. and Vickie Winn of Columbia, Mo. and three grandchildren, Kylie Cleek, Kamryn Cleek and Arriah Edwards. He was preceded by his parents and one brother. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday July 17, 2012 at Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly with Chaplain James H. Bolin officiating and Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Monday July 16, 2012 at the Funeral Home.
