John Wayne Nappier Jr.

John Wayne Nappier, Jr., 52, of Cairo passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Moberly Regional Medical Center in Moberly. John was born June 29, 1962 to John W. Nappier Sr. and Demarius (Sheldon) Nappier in Bonne Terre, Missouri. He worked as a forklift driver during his working years. John loved to hunt and fish. He enjoyed living in his cabin and being in the woods. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Ricky Whitter. John is survived by Susanna M. Nappier of Cairo; son, John Wayne Nappier III of Port Richey, FL; daughter, Katie Marie Nappier of Port Richey, FL; sisters: Tina Nappier, Susie Lacey, and Darline Roth; brothers: Robert Nappier, Jerry Nappier, and Val J. Johnson; and granddaughter, Maggie June Nappier. In keeping with John's wishes, his cremation has been accorded by Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly.
