Joyce Patsy Kinsler, 90, of Moberly, MO, peacefully passed away on June 10, 2021, at the home of her daughter, Deborah Kent of Moberly, MO.
Joyce was born on March 11, 1931 to George Thomas Coyle and Dorothy Mildred Kirker in Detroit, MI. Joyce graduated from Mackinzie High School in 1949.
Joyce was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Joyce was a very hard worker and a fantastic homemaker. She enjoyed painting hundreds of paintings, photography, quilting, sewing, and all kinds of needlework. Fishing for trout in Utah’s streams was a common pastime. She also wrote extensively including volumes of journal entries, poetry, and a published book for children about death called “The Angel House”.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, spouses, brother, sister, two daughters, and a grandson. Joyce is survived by her daughter Deborah and husband Glenn Kent of Moberly, MO, 7 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
Private services celebrating Joyce’s life have been scheduled for a later date in July, at the home of her daughter in Moberly, MO with an inurnment to follow at Oakland Cemetery, in Moberly, MO.
