Juliana Briscoe, 64, of Moberly, passed away at the University of Missouri on April 20, 2021. She was born December 6, 1956 in Huntsville, MO to Sterling and Elder Sumpter Colley.
Juliana was a lifelong resident of Randolph County, graduating from Westran High School and MACC. On May 21, 1973 she married Earnie Briscoe in Huntsville, MO and he survives at home.
Juliana attended Family Life Fellowship and was always a peaceful soul with a ready smile. She worked as a personnel manager for Wal-Mart for many years before her health required her to retire. She had a love of gardening and was eagerly anticipating preparing the soil and planting her flowers for the year. Juliana was a devoted wife and she made taking care of Earnie a priority. They shared many happy years together. Julie’s other love was her dog Chica, a Chihuahua given to her after her bout with cancer.
Juliana was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling Colley and Elder Roberts.
Those surviving Juliana include her beloved husband, Earnie Briscoe of Moberly; stepfather, Larrie Roberts of Moberly; sister, Laura Leah Haffecke and her husband William of Walnut Shade, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Pamela and Bruce Hess of Moberly; extended family and many friends.
