Larry Leon Beal Sr.

Larry Leon Beal, age 80, of Moberly, Missouri, was called home on September 2, 2023.

Larry was born on September 28, 1942, in Crocker, Missouri, to Benjamin Dewey Beal and Eva Joanne Russell.

He married Pensa Irene Birdsong on June 20, 1966, in Salisbury, MO

Larry worked for Toastmaster for more than 21 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, singing, playing music with family, Cardinal baseball and spending time with family. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving father, hardworking and a musician.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Dewey Beal and Eva Joanne (Russell) Beal, siblings, Raymond Beal, Lucille Catron, Katherine Calvin Beal, Francis Beal, James (Jinx) Beal, Dorothy Tappley, Cora Mae Foster, Charles Beal, Roger Beal, Darrell Beal and many friends and family.

Larry is survived by his kids, Larry Lee (Shelly) Beal, of Moberly, MO, Benjamin Earl (Glenda) Beal, of Higbee, MO, Richard Eugene (Robin) Beal, of Moberly, MO, Jennifer Beal of Keytesville, MO, grandchildren, Chasity Reeder, of Columbia, South Carolina, Benjamin Lee Beal, of Texas, Jonathan Charles Beal, of Moberly, MO, Claryssa Serene (Brandon) Beal of Columbia, MO, Serena Lynne (Brandon) Colwell of Warner Robins, GA, Brittany Karene Shaw, of Brunswick, MO, Joseph Lawrence Beal, of Moberly, Charity Dawn Johannaber, of Nebraska, Ashley (Dan) Scott, of Nebraska, Danielle Mae (Tyler) Cunningham, of Moberly, MO, Zachery McKinnley Mueller, of St. Charles, MO, Abigail (Kendell) McKinnzie Newberry, of Moberly, MO, Mikayla Nicole Mueller, of Moberly, MO, Jacob Leonard Beal, of Higbee, MO and Jesse Lovell Beal, of Higbee, MO, Shawn Beal, Shannon Lerch and 21 great-grandchildren.

A visitation celebrating Larry's life will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO. Interment will take place at Dixon Cemetery in Dixon, MO on Friday, September 8, 2023. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the American Cancer Society at P.O.
