Linda Joyce Furgason

Linda J. Furgason, 64, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away at her home on Sunday, June 2, 2019, with her family by her side. Linda was born to John Thomas and Nora Mae (Goldie) Gravitt on March 22, 1955, in Moberly, Missouri. On January 16, 1971, she and Richard "Dick" Furgason were married and shared 49 years together. She was a caring, giving person who always helped others. She loved going to auctions and garage sales, but most importantly, she loved going on vacations. She had such a good sense of humor and enjoyed visiting with people. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; sisters: Lisa Mae Gravitt and Katherine Fainter; brothers, Calvin and Richard Gravitt. Survivors include her loving husband who took care of her during her fight, Richard "Dick" Furgason of Moberly, Missouri; son, Richard Furgason II and wife, Krystal of Moberly, Missouri; brother, John Gravitt of Moberly, Missouri; sisters: Rose Ames, Jenny Auberlin, and Karen Ames all of Moberly, Missouri; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A visitation will take place on Thursday, June 6, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral service will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Terrie Hay officiating at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Moberly, Missouri.
