Margaret Diann (Taco) Berrey, 52, of Huntsville, passed away February 18, 2018 at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia surrounded by her loving family.
Taco was born in Fort Lee, VA on August 12, 1965 to Warren Glenn Young Sr. and Anita Contraras Young. She was a lifelong resident of the Huntsville area and was known by all as Taco. On December 31, 2006 she was united in marriage to Francis Berrey in Armstrong, MO.
She enjoyed playing darts, dancing, barbeques and float trips with her family. She just loved spending time with her family and was especially fond of her dog, Trixie.
Taco is preceded in death by her father, Warren and a nephew, Austin Cupp.
She is survived by her mother, Anita; husband, Francis Berrey; children, Sandra (Robert) Cannon of Quenemo, KS, Richard (Jill) Traver of Ottawa, KS, Vanessa Traver of Huntsville, Jamie Lynn (Bruce) Pierce of Moberly and Rebecca Kim Miles of Iowa; sixteen grandchildren; siblings, Elizabeth (Dennis) Wise of Kansas City, KS, Anita (Robert) Walls of Tulsa, OK, Warren Glenn (Devona) Young Jr. of Topeka, KS; extended family and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home in Moberly from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m. At 2:30 p.m. there will be a eulogy and sharing of memories. A celebration of life will be held directly after the service at Bud’s Place, 604 Concannon, Moberly, MO.
