Marsha Kay Montague, 75, of Moberly, passed away at The Arbors of Ravenwood Terrace in Moberly on December 30, 2016.
Marsha was born February 16, 1941 in Mexico, MO to William Harold Branstetter and Zula Merle Stanley Branstetter. She worked in health care prior to retirement. Marsha began her career at Woodland Hospital as an x-ray technician and later worked as a unit secretary at MRMC. She worked at the Mexico Animal Shelter in Mexico, MO, as laundry personnel at Pin Oaks Nursing Home in Mexico, MO, and finally as a caregiver at the Randolph County Home Health Department. She loved being outdoors and was a devoted Tony Stewart Nascar fan. She liked all animals but was especially fond of wolves, and really enjoyed the Twilight and Supernatural series.
Those preceding her in death are her parents.
She is survived by her children: Joni Holcomb of Knob Noster, MO, Karla (Mark) Grotjan of Abilene, Tx, William (Kalee)Scrogin Jr. and Bobby Scrogin all of Moberly, MO; grandchildren: Brittany Holcomb (David Silva) of Las Vegas, NV, Lydia (Brandon) Fulcher of Haver, MT, Sydney (David) Organiscak of Misawa, Japan, Lacey (Aaron) Flatt of Abilene, TX, Matthew (Kayla) Scrogin, Braylie Scrogin, Grayson Scrogin, Blayne Hurt, Zoey Hurt and Betheny Scrogin all of Moberly, MO: great-grandchildren, Davey Silva-Holcomb of Las Vegas, Remington and Marcus Fulcher of Haver, MT, Briley and Kallen Organiscak of Misawa, Japan, Brayden Scrogin of Moberly and Evan Flatt of Abilene, TX: sister Janet Sapp of Spring Valley, CA.
A memorial service celebrating Marsha’s life will be held Sunday, January 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home.
