Mary Longbine

Mary Longbine, 72, of Higbee passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. Mary was born to the late Dudley and Dora (Ferris) Brown on May 27, 1943 in Joplin, Missouri. She was a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, loved to play bingo, pool, and pitch. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas so she could have her family near her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Longbine; and daughter, Judy Spangler. She is survived by her better half, Charles Moore of Higbee; son, Ricky (Teresa) Beal of Higbee, daughter, Sharon Beal of Higbee, brother, Eddie (Claire) Brown of Rolla; grandchildren: Christopher (Amanda) Phelps of Moberly, Kenny (Amanda) Phelps of Texas, Chantel (Josh) Nickerson of Higbee, and Michael Humphrey of the Lake of the Ozarks; great-grandchildren: Dominic Bennett, McKayla Phelps, and Braden Phelps. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Higbee. Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Higbee City Cemetery.
