Matthew Brian Jones

Matthew "Matt" Brian Jones age 54 of Curryville, MO passed away on August 13, 2018, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Matt was born on January 31, 1964, in Moberly, Mo to the late Gerald and Alice Kramer Jones. As a child, Matt loved riding horses, through his life he enjoyed riding four wheelers, shooting pool, fishing, and the Kansas City Chiefs. Matt most enjoyed spending time with his family. Matt is survived by his wife Sheila Casebolt Jones of Curryville, Mo; daughters Sarah Jones (Brian Weiter) of Kansas City, MO; Elizabeth Jones of Curryville, Mo; son Andrew Jones and girlfriend Whitney Becker of Moberly, Mo; sister Charlotte Jones; Brother Jeffrey Jones of Excello, Mo. He is also survived by his grandchildren Aiden Jones; Alyson Jones; Landon Weiter and several nieces and nephews. Matt was preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Alice Kramer Jones; Brother William( Billy ) Jones. Pallbearers to serve are Lance Jones, Tyler Jones, Brian Weiter, Wayne Jones, Randy Jones, Ed Samel, Wayne Casebolt, Paul Hess and Shawn Derboven. Funeral services for Matt will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 18, 2018, in the Chapel of Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. The family will receive friends on Friday, August 17, 2018, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
