Myrtle A. Lusby, 90, of Moberly, went to be with the lord on Monday, October 30, 2017 at the University Hospital in Columbia.
Myrtle was born March 23, 1927 in Walnut, Nebraska to the late Frank and Laura (Cook) Frisch. She married Reinhold Broemer who preceded her in death. She later married Bill Lusby who also preceded her in death.
Others preceding her in death are a daughter, Karen Langdon; son-in-law, Mike Garven; granddaughter, Amanda Crabtree; grandson, Luke Sweat; siblings, Gordon and Roger Frisch, Sylvia Sanders, Elaine Kolar and Laura Campbell.
Survivors include her children, Lennie Broemer, Moberly, Kay (Joe) Cross, Higbee, Mitzie Garven, Moberly, Ronda (Dave)Sweat, Robertsville, Barry (Denise) Broemer, Moberly, Jackie (Bill) Crabtree, Moberly, Allen Lusby, Moberly; step-children, Sharon Sanders, Moberly, Ann (Bobby) Dornan, Dover, Arkansas, Rhonda (Jack) Shipman, Winslow, Arkansas; sister, Delia Mae Velazques, St. Joseph; 25 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the Apostolic Pentecostal Church and a homemaker. Myrtle enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. followed immediately by services. Reverend Dustyn Tallman will officiate.
