Nelisha “Nellie” Anne (Nabors) Redding, 33, of Moberly passed away Sunday, June 8, 2014 at her home. Nellie was born to Francis Watson and Julie Martin on July 9, 1980 in Marceline, Missouri. She was a graduate of Moberly High School. She married Cedric Redding on April 9, 2010. Nellie was known to always have a smile on her face. She loved everyone and will be sadly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Watson; and grandfather, John R. Martin. Nellie is survived by her husband, Cedric Redding of Moberly, Missouri; mother, Julie Martin of Moberly, Missouri; children: Samuel Nabors, Jermaine Nabors, Martez Nabors and Allison Redding; grandparents: Lois Martin of Moberly, Missouri, Francis Watson of Callao, Missouri, and Connie Violet of Callao, Missouri; brothers: Charles Watson and Cody Watson both of Callao, Missouri; sister, Trisha Watson of Moberly, Missouri; mother-in-law, Leslie Redding of Moberly, Missouri; father-in-law, Clifford Redding of Moberly, Missouri ; uncle, Bob Martin of Moberly, Missouri; brother-in-law, Dustin Redding of Moberly, Missouri; nieces, Tori Derboven and Alexis Henry, and nephew, Tanner Derboven. A memorial gathering will take place on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 12:00 p.m until 1:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:00 p.m in the chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Tim Fugate officiating. In lieu of customary remembrances, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to a fund set up for her children.
