On February 15, 2023, Brother Norman Allen Cropp went home to be with the love of his life Susan Cropp who he married in 1992. They lived in Lake of the Woods for a better part of 30 years.

He leaves behind a son, Terrill and wife, Angela Tydings of Moberly; brother, Tony Cropp of Columbia; a sister, Tonya Boone and brother-in-law, Alfred Boone of Moberly; sister, Cynthia Davis of Columbia; 2 sister-in-laws, Emma Cropp of Huntsville, and Glenda Tydings of Columbia; his aunt, Mary Cropp of Colorado; nieces; nephew and grandchildren. Special friends, Mark Huskey and Zack Rich.

Gone on before him is his mother, Patsy Cropp; father and stepmother, Norman and Roxie Simpson; brother, David Cropp and sister-in-law, Patricia Cropp; host of aunts; uncles and cousins.

He loved life and everyone that crossed his path. Second Baptist Church is where he ushered for years. He loved cooking, feeding our family and friends. He loved watching wrestling, drawing, playing spades, horseshoes and shooting pool.

He will truly be missed by many!

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel, Moberly, MO, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery, Moberly, MO. The family would like to invite everyone to join them for a dinner celebrating Norman’s life at the Moose Lodge directly after services.
