Ollie Kathryne Stuck, 97, of Sand Springs, OK passed away in Sand Springs on Friday, September 25, 2015. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Sugar Creek Cemetery. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:45.
Kathryne was born in Moberly, MO to Robert and Ollie Mae Riggs, on February 18, 1918. Finding the love of her life, Kathryne married Burl Stuck on April 25, 1937 in Macon, MO. They were happily married for 59 years. Kathryne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She was a member of Gospel Assembly Church for 70 years and she loved God and his people. Kathryne and her husband operated a fruit marketing service in Sand Springs for around fifteen years. Kathryne enjoyed several pastimes, including Crocheting, reading her Bible, and especially enjoyed yard work and raking leaves.
Kathryne is survived by; four daughters, Jeanette Brammer of Tulsa, JoAnn Wheeler of Cairo, MO, Jean Ferguson and husband Carl of Proctor, OK, and Elaine Adams and husband Raymond of Sand Springs; and one son, Wayne Stuck of Hollister, MO. Survivors also include 12 grandchildren 19 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, Robert and Ollie Riggs, sister Margaret Kizer, two brothers, Robert and Bill Riggs and her husband Burl Stuck.
