Patricia Lynn Gunn

Patricia “Pat” Lynn Gunn, age 77, of Moberly, MO, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, March 18, 2025. She was born on December 10, 1947, to Richard and Margaret (Leeds) Burris.

She was united in marriage to Richard Gunn on January 3, 1965, and was a devoted navy wife.

Pat was known for her gracious manner, her easy way with people, cake baking, and love for her family. She was in the culinary business most of her life. She owned a deli/restaurant and ran a successful cake business out of her home. Pat touched so many lives with her many talents. In later years, she loved to travel with her husband to visit her grandchildren and great grandchildren who were sprinkled across the country.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her stepfather, Roy Dyer; a son, and three grandchildren.

She is survived by three daughters, Lisa Hendren (Bill Major), Lori (Craig) Ullrich, Meg (Danny) Gunn; grandchildren, Kristen Glydewell (Jake Bohn), Karlee (Caleb) Middleton, Hannah (Kevin) Sink, Zach Ullrich, Savannah (Bricen) Iannone, Shelby Ullrich, Amanda (Chris) Huber, Kayla (Lake) McCollum; great grandchildren, Tyson, Joey, Matthew, Elizabeth, Kacey, Kori, Kolbie, Talon, Kaylee, Harper, Ryker, Atlas, Averie, Brantley, Nathan, Ivy, and Ella; brothers, Abner Wayne (Marlu) Burris and kids, Dennis (Barbara) Burris and kids; and special nephew Dennis Burris II.

The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in honor of Pat.

A funeral service celebrating Pat’s life is scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at Pathway Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO. Visitation will be held prior from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville, MO, at 2:00 p.m.
