Regina Hess

Regina Hess, 48, of Moberly, passed away at her home September 21, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Regina was born April 17, 1969 in Moberly to John Robert Auberlin Jr. and Donna Sue Rickabaugh Auberlin. She attended school in Moberly and remained here for the majority of her life. In 1985 she was united in marriage to Joe Hess who survives of the home. Regina was a homemaker who truly enjoyed taking care of others. She was a true DIY (do it yourself) person. She liked shopping and baking. Her family said her dirt pudding was a favorite of theirs. Those preceding her in death are her mother, Donna Gravitt; her maternal and paternal grandparents. She is survived by her father, John Robert Auberlin, Jr. and stepmother Jenny; stepfather, Donald Gravitt; children, Joshua Hess (Ashley Copenhaver) of Hannibal, Justin (Angela) Hess of Moberly, Tanya Auberlin and Chris Auberlin both of Alabama; grandchildren, Haley, Payton, Quentin and Shelby Hess of Hannibal, MO and Jaden, Cameron and Bentley Hess all of Moberly; siblings, Kevin (Shelia) Oliver, John Auberlin II, Tonya Auberlin, Tina (Roy) McKenzie, John R. Auberlin III and Tammy Perry all of Moberly; extended family and friends. A memorial service celebrating Regina’s life will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Pathway Memorial Funeral Home.
