Ricky Eugene Beal, 57, of Higbee, Missouri, passed away on December 16, 2019. Ricky was born August 14, 1962, to Harold Eugene and Mary Ann (Brown) Beal in Moberly, Missouri. A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Home of Moberly. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Following services, cremation will be accorded by Million Taylor Funeral Homes and inurnment will take place at the Higbee City Cemetery at a later date.
