Roberta M. Brockman

Roberta Marie Brockman, age 95, of Moberly, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at her residence. 

She was born on February 27, 1929, to Otis and Ammie (Payton) Rainer. She was united in marriage to Gary Brockman.  Roberta worked at Ben Franklin, and volunteered at NECAC and Moberly Tower Apartments. She was voted as “Someone You Should Know”. 

Roberta is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joane Dixon; brother, Robert Rainer; and her best friend from high school, Dottie Vanderbeck.

She is survived by two daughters, Denise Brown and Susan (Steve) Wilder; grandkids, Corey and Devin Botkins; great grandkids, Logan and Hadley Botkins; brother-in-law, Bobby and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held for Roberta on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Sugar Creek Cemetery in Moberly, MO.
