Rodes Davis Lyon

Rodes Davis Lyon, 92, of Higbee, Missouri, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2024, at Boone Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Rodes was born on July 16, 1931, to Odie and Louise Lyon in Higbee, Missouri. He graduated from Higbee High School he then joined the United States Army. He then went on to manage the family farm.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Odie and Louise Lyon.

Rodes is survived by his siblings, Mary Westfall of Higbee, MO, Ruth Mitchell of Higbee, MO and Robert and wife Marilyn Lyon of Louisiana.

A memorial service celebrating Rodes life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on May 11, 2024, at the Southern Randolph Christian Chapel in Higbee, MO.
