Ronald Edwin Brandow

Ronald Edwin Brandow, age 83, of Renick, MO, passed away at his home on the family farm on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

Ronnie was born on August 16, 1941, in Renick, MO, to William and Stella Brandow. He graduated from Renick High and attended Moberly Junior College. He was a member of the Clark Christian Church, enjoyed his time as a member and deacon, and was a devoted family man. He married Gloria Shafer on December 3,1960, in Moberly, MO.

Ronnie was an avid bowler and loved riding motorcycles with his best friends, Helen Faye and Johnny Colley. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, farming, and being at one with nature. Later in life, he enjoyed the outdoors and golfing in Texas where he got four holes-in-one. He loved woodworking and was ready to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brothers-in-law.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria, his sons Clint (Heidi) Brandow and Chris (Tracie) Brandow, granddaughters Kennedy and McKinley Brandow, his sisters Marcella Cockrell, Viola Beamer, and Connie (Darrell) Buckler, and a large extended family whom he loved deeply.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in his honor to Ellis Fischel Cancer Center.

A funeral service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Pathway-Millard Family Funeral Chapel in Moberly, MO, with visitation prior to the service from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.  A private family Interment will follow the service at Chapel Grove Cemetery in Clark, MO.
