Ronald J. Holt

Ronald John Holt, 78, of Centralia passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at his home. Ron was born February 10, 1938 in Iowa to Archie and Flossie Ann (Roeske) Holt. He and Opal Louise Embree were married May 21, 1962 in Moberly, Missouri. During his career he was a hard worker and farmed for over 27 years. In 2004 he began working for Forrest Chevrolet in Centralia where he stayed until 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Louise Holt; sisters: Agnes Babe Holt and Jean Sanders. Survivors include: sons; Jeff Holt and wife Sandy, and Jerry Holt all of Centralia, Missouri; sister, Shirley Legrand of Madison, Missouri; granddaughters: Amanda Fishburn and husband Tyller, and Emilee Holt; great-granddaughter, Chloie Fishburn; as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly with Pastor Jimmy Legrand officiating.
