Rose Mary Kitchen

Rose Mary Kitchen, 83, of Moberly, Missouri, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021, at Moberly Regional Medical Center. Rose Mary was born February 2, 1937, in Keytesville, Missouri, to Ralph and Drusilla Jane (Wilson) Terry. She married Harvey Leroy Kitchen on May 29, 1963. She previously worked for Garment Factory in Glasgow, Banquet Foods in Moberly, AB Chance in Centralia, and as a Bus Driver for the Moberly School District for 14 years. Rose Mary enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, reading the bible, playing cards and doing word searches. She loved to cook and bake. She was preceded in death by her husband Harvey Leroy Kitchen on January 8, 1984; a son; a daughter; and brothers and sisters. Survivors include her daughters: Rebecca Kitchen, Melinda (Michael) Troxell, Belinda (James Smith) Kitchen; adopted daughter, Christina Troxell; step-daughters: Susan Kitchen Gordon and Sara Kitchen; step-sons, Russell (Ruthie) Kitchen and Stephen (Linda) Kitchen; grandchildren: Matt (Abbie) Troxell, Dalton (C.J) Troxell, Austin Troxell, Brayden Troxell, Nikki (Jarrod) Sanner, Tiana (Armondo) Sanner, Cody Ames, Tracy (Alan) Tiggemann, Martha (John) Johnson, Richard Kitchen, and Russ Kitchen; several great- grandchildren; nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews. A visitation will be take place on Saturday, February 6, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly, Missouri. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Cremation will follow services and inurnment will take place at Clifton Hill Cemetery at a later date.
