Russell Ronimous, 71 of Huntsville passed away Friday, September 6, 2013 at his home after a lengthy illness. Russell was born to the late, John Riley and Anna Lourine (Easley) Ronimous on February 11, 1942 in Moberly, Missouri. He married Viola Skinner on May 19, 1963. Russell worked for Toastmaster as a foreman for 25years and then A.B Chance in Centralia where he worked as a galvanizer. Throughout his life, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also preceded in death by his brothers: Billy Ronimous, Raymond Ronimous, Donnie Ronimous, Ollen Ronimous, Bobby Ronimous and Stanley Ronimous; sister: Louise Flickinger, and Mary Esry; granddaughter, Jacklyn Chism. Russell is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Viola Ronimous of Huntsville; sons: Russ Ronimous and wife Stephanie of Madison, and John Ronimous of Huntsville; daughters: Brenda Bennett and husband Curt of Salisbury, and Angie Dallons and husband Tony of Mexico; sisters: Betty Lockwood of Stockton, Patty Hutchinson of Cairo, and Carolyn Johnson of Holiday acres; grandchildren: Nathan Ronimous, Josh Ronimous, Jessica Ronimous, Nicole Oliver, Johnathan Ronimous, Justin Bennett and Lindsey Bennett; great grandchildren: Connor Wright, Peytyn Bennett, Castden Bondy, Bryson Bennett, Anniah Warren, and Isaiah Warren; several nieces and nephews. A visitation for Russell will be held on Monday, September 9, 2013 from 5:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Cremation was accorded by the Million Taylor Funeral Homes.
