Sharon Louise Haak, 72, of Moberly gained her eternal reward on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Sharon was born on January 14, 1942 to Clarence and Bessie Gibson in Kansas City, Missouri. On June 9, 1962, Sharon married Karl Edwin Haak in Moberly. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, Sharon is survived by her two daughters, Karla Haak of Columbia and Kelly Harding (Corey) of Moberly. The delights of her life were her grandchildren, C.J., Acacia, and Daniel Harding. She was her happiest when surrounded by her grandkids. In addition to her husband and children, Sharon is survived by two sisters, Marilyn Esry (Kim) of Moberly and Mary Sheller (Ran) of Columbia, and one brother, Dean Gibson of Troy, MO. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 22nd, from 5:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral service will take place on Friday, May 23rd, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Coyote Hill Children’s Home in Harrisburg, Missouri.
