Thelma Juanita Cockrell

Thelma Juanita Cockrell, 73, of Moberly formerly of Clark, passed away November 20, 2010 at Lenoir Woods Care Center in Columbia. She ws born January 22, 1937 in Moberly to Elmer Eugene and Juanita Marie (Harrison) Atterbury. Thelma worked as a house keeper for Trinity United Methodist Church in Moberly for many years. She also attened Trinity United Methodist Church. On May 8, 1954 in Moberly she married Lloyd Franklin Cockrell and he preceded her in death on January 24, 1993. She is survived by one son Rick and Jana Cockrell of Clark; four daughters Vicky and David Fanning of Clark, Melinda Cockrell and Will Clewies of Nemo Park, CA, Sandra Elaine and Bill Anderson of Clark and Patricia and Don Ward of Centralia; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Services will be Wednesday November 24, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Million-Taylor Funeral home in Moberly. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Clark. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
