Velma Joyce Bolin

Velma Joyce Bolin, 73, of Madison, Missouri passed away at her home on Friday, May 5, 2017. Joyce was born August 17, 1943 in Moberly, Missouri, the daughter of Charles and Ruby (Burnett) Lake. Joyce was preceded in death by her father, Charles Lake; husband, Lester Lee Bolin; son: Michael Shawn Bolin; brother, Charles Wayne Lake; mother, Ruby Lear; and her fiancé, Michael E. McCann. Survivors include her daughter, Lynn Darst and husband Kevin of Madison, Missouri; brother Richard Lake, of Madison, Missouri; and sister, Brenda Umstattd and husband Tom of Lohman, Missouri. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly.
